Hello, World. I'm Charlotte Foulger and this is my web page. I was born Saturday, October 2, 2004 at 4:23AM at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston, MA. I started out a little small (4 pounds, 7 ounces), but I'm already exploring the world around me. I love music (at least when my grandpa sings to me) and my mom and dad, Lisa and Devin Foulger, and all my grandparents, great grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
